"Hope Renewed" campaign
In February 2025, the "Hope Renewed" campaign launches through a volunteer humanitarian delegation bringing together distinguished doctors and surgeons from around the world. The mission aims to reach thousands of patients across Syria who have been waiting for months, and in many cases years, for access to medical care or life-saving surgical interventions.
The organization and geographical spread of the campaig:
In cooperation between the Syrian-German Medical Association (SGMA e.V.), Barada e.V., and the Molham Volunteering Team to purchase dialysis and ventilator machines for Syria.
Why Did We Launch This Campaign?
Syria’s healthcare system is facing severe infrastructure shortages, leaving dialysis patients in critical conditions, as they receive only one session per week despite needing three. Intensive care patients who depend on mechanical ventilators also face major challenges due to equipment shortages and frequent malfunctions.
In response to these urgent needs, the Syrian German Medical Association (SGMA e.V.), in collaboration with Barada e.V. and Molham Volunteering Team, launched the “Hope Renewed” campaign. The initiative aims to purchase dialysis machines and ventilators and deliver them to Syria, where they will be distributed according to medical priority and need.

Please note that PayPal deducts administrative fees that vary depending on the donation amount. Therefore, we kindly recommend a minimum PayPal donation of €50 whenever possible, or using bank transfer for smaller contributions.
